Calf muscle stretching device

Calf muscles become tense and weaker with age. Exercise strengthens the muscles but also makes them shorter. Tense muscles are prone to stress injuries. Tension in your calf muscles and the muscles in the back of the thighs can also cause back problems. Increase your calf muscles flexibility and maintain a good posture. Step into a new condition – step on the T-Stand. It will improve the metabolism in your muscles and speed up the recovery after exercise. T-Stand is also used for treating plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon problems.

Easy to assemble and use!
  • Adjust the angle to your needs.
  • Do not use T-Stand without the adjustable plate.
  • If necessary, hold onto something when you start standing on the T-Stand.
  • Start the stretching by slowly straighten your legs and back so that you feel the tension behind your knees and in your calf muscles.
  • After 30 seconds the muscle will relax. Stand up straight on the T-Stand for 2-3 minutes in the morning and in the evening or even more often. The more times you repeat this process the more it will increase the chances of a better result.
  • If necessary, hold onto something when getting off the T-Stand.
  • Stand on the T-Stand wearing socks or barefoot. Shoes with heels decrease the efficiency of stretching.
