www.tumppituote.fi is an online store maintained by Tumppituote Oy which is also the seller of the product (Business ID 2098547-6).

The following terms apply to the business between www.tumppituote.fi and its customers.

We deliver our products to Finland and abroad. Delivery costs within Finland can be given when the order is made. If you order our products from abroad, you can contact us by email and we will calculate the delivery costs case by case.

All the products showing in the store are usually available in our storage. The time of delivery is approximately 1-5 working days.

All prices are in euros and they include a VAT of 23 % (products sold within Finland).

We will send you a confirmation of your order by email. In order to receive the confirmation you are required to give a valid email address when making the order. The agreement is made with the confirmation.

Methods of delivery:
The methods of delivery are generally through mailing, Matkahuolto parcel service and pick-up. The available methods of delivery and delivery charges will be shown when the order goes through taking into consideration the weight and other properties of the product. Delivery fees will be added to the total amount.

Methods of payment:
Depending on the method of delivery, the methods of payment are cash on delivery (also Matkahuolto), advance payment, invoice or cash if the product is picked up. Companies can choose invoice as the method of payment for all products.

Refunds:
If you wish to return a product, always contact us first by phone +358 (0)40 7303 910. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days without any specific reasons based on the Consumer Protection Act. When returning a product, you should also enclose our invoice and a freeform letter describing the defects of the product you were not happy with, as well as a possible alternative product you wish to exchange the product for, or an account number for returning the money. Please remember that the returned product must be in its original condition and unused.

No data will be disclosed outside www.tumppituote.fi. Personal data and order data will be destroyed if requested.

No data will be disclosed to a third party. To obtain the right to use the data requires the user rights of the www.tumppituote.fi system.

Visitor tracking:
We use the Google service for our own website visitor statistics. This data will not specify the pages browsed by an individual user.
