After standing on the T-Stand for the first time I was surprised to notice that my calf muscles were a lot tenser than I had realized. I was immediately convinced that it is effective and that it works after only

2 or 3 minutes. After just one try I became a satisfied, regular user of T-Stand and I can warmly recommend it to everybody, because everybody can suffer from tense calf muscles and other related problems, such as lower back problems.

I have a lot of patients with back problems and I often find out that the cause of the back problems is tension in calf muscle region. “The back walks over the feet” and therefore it’s important that the circulation and metabolism works properly in the calf muscles. The condition of your calf muscles affects the well-being of your whole body.

I’ve noticed that with T-Stand “duck walk” turns into a supple walk, posture remains good and even breathing becomes easier.

Give me a call if you want to know more about my experiences using T-Stand for different problems. I have offices in Tampere and Joensuu registered by the National Authority for Medicolegal Affairs.

Pertti Ukkola, Tampere

Nowadays Pertti Ukkola works as a sports instructor for the city of Tampere.

Wrestler Pertti Ukkola is one of the few athletes, who have won an Olympic gold medal as well the Finnish, Nordic, European and World Championships.

Sports are obviously still a part of my everyday life. During the summer I take long walks and during the winter my favorite hobby is cross-country skiing. I know how important stretching is, but many people don’t pay enough attention to it or they don’t stretch at all and hence they suffer from unnecessary leg and back problems. I keep my calf muscles in good shape with T-Stand. It’s simple and easy to use. I don’t think you can make stretching any easier.

I have recommended T-Stand to young athletes who I instruct and to everybody doing sports wanting to keep their calf muscles flexible.

Kaarina Koskinen, amateur athlete

Kaarina Koskinen works as a secretary in Tampere.

I am an active jogger. I have completed 13 Pirkan Hölkkä races and 9 half marathons. These days my main hobby is brisk walking and Nordic walking. A few years ago my jogging and walking became painful and I almost had to give up my hobby, because regardless of stretching I had so much tension in the back of my thighs that I also started to have back pain. Especially climbing steep inclines was difficult. I sought help from different places, but the problems persisted.

I read an article about T-Stand in a local newspaper and I immediately thought that I wanted to try that piece of equipment. I ordered one for myself the same day and after a few days I noticed that it was exactly what I needed. My problems eased and now I have no trouble climbing up the hills.

I use T-Stand daily at home and while standing on it I also do arm exercises. T-Stand is the only piece of exercise equipment that I’ve bought over the years that is in constant active use. My experiences have been positive and hence I have recommended the product to my friends and colleagues. We have now a T-Stand at my workplace too and it’s used for passive exercise.

Jaakko Ruuskanen, student

I train with Tampere United and play for the Ilves soccer team. The last year before my matriculation exam, I studied in Brussels at the Scandinavian School of Brussels and played soccer in the junior team of RCS Brainois.

My calf muscles and whole body needed stretching after a game and T-Stand has been great for that purpose.

When I went abroad, one of the most important items I took with me was T-Stand. It is light and fits easily in the suitcase.

I recommend T-Stand to all athletes. In fact, it should be a part of every athlete’s standard equipment.

Satu Järvilehto, M.Sc. (Econ.), homeopath, Espoo

I got T-Stand a year and a half ago on my friend’s recommendation, because I suffered from constant pain in my lower back. I have always stretched properly after running and aerobics, but after I had tried T-Stand for the first time, I realized that my calf muscles and the back of my thighs were really stiff. I stood on the T-Stand three minutes a day and after just a few weeks my back pain was gone. It is a brilliant and simple piece of equipment. It is effortless to use if you put it in a proper place. Mine is in the kitchen and I stand on it during the morning news with my coffee cup.
